I understand that there are 3 missing and that they did not return from a ride yesterday at Togwotee. Wishing for their safe return.

Does anyone know the details of what happened? We were in dry lake creek on sunday and three search and rescue guys bumped into us and asked if we had seen anything, we seen the plane and helicopter circling the area. Glad to hear they were found, there is a lot tension out there this last week after the avy death earlier in the week.

Doesn't seem to happen very often at Togwotee. Anyone know where they were?
I believe it was 2 men and 1 woman from Wyoming (not stay at TML), I had heard that they did not return Sat evening that triggered a search Sunday.
Their truck was found in the parking lot Sunday and I was concerned that after a day of blue sky and sun that they were not found as of mid afternoon. It was distressing news so I am relieved and thrilled to hear that they have been found.
I am sure that there may be a lesson there for all of us that spend time in the backcountry. I am making a big effort to be prepared for all eventualities when heading out.

I heard through LML that they were in the Wilderness Area behind Angle MTN. Not good. Glad to hear they are OK though.
