Misfire, Bog, Det?

While doing another breakin trail ride yesterday the engine light flickered on a couple times, and the motor bogged and misfired in sequence with the light flashes. It only lasted a couple seconds each time. The bog and engine light occured when exiting a tight corner after a slow decel into the turn. After I got past the slow turns I never saw the problem again. It never produced a fault code.

Riding at 7000', Eth fuel setting, motor is stock, 110 miles on motor at the time this happened. Ideas?

Does a TPS malfunction act like this?

first thing to do is make sure your throttle cable is adjusted properly. My 12 did that once, tightening the slack out of the cable cured it.

Check throttle cable. If not that, that is classic symptoms of too light of clutch weights.

Throttle Lever Free Play: .010"-.030" (0.25-0.8mm)

Mine was BARELY out of adjustment and gave me trouble. Hope it's that simple for you.
