According to Washington DC and BO himself there doesn't appear to be terrorists anymore.

This is just stupid by a very clueless pres.

I cant remember who the senator was but he was their the first time the rights had been read to a detainee, The detainee asked for a attorney since it was his right. Nothing like having the cart in front of the horse because the US had no attorney's aval for the detainees

I wonder how Obama's pick in Sotomeyer would rule on this?
