Migration! does this mean jet stream change?

Was watching the news last night and they are seeing the whales start to migrate? Does this mean the weather is starting to change, along with the jet stream?
It seems that the migration is in early Dec. normaly? Any one from the coast have any idea?

One can only hope this is a good sign!!

I'm just glad that we are attached to North America on that map. Some mail order companies honestly believe that Alaska is an island off the coast of California and ground freight is not an option. Thank you Canada...and you can have our weather when we are through with it. Another 18" for tomorrow.

Well I liked this idea better than the one about, the goverment controling the weather LOL...

I know the lower 48 will get our snow, be ready to get with it hear in about two weeks. And we will be sledding again on the 4th of july this yr. Our weather around here has been like this for a couple of yrs. now. We don't get nothing until Fed. Then it piles up until May.
At least we are not having to shovel our decks and patio's, or side walks.

Hope your right! worked my butt of all summer to upgrade sleds!!! i need to go ride some powder! McCalls snow sucks and that normaly doesnt happn! Rode last weekend and ive seen it better in may!

Local weather guy was talking about a "major" change in patterns next week. I really hope it is right. My future wife told me last night that she can see the anxiety on my face whenever I check the weather (which is about 50 times a day). I would like about ten storms in a row please. With a 2 day sun break in between.

LOL we rode last weekend and I told my buddies, give it a week or so and the bad weather will hit. Then after awhile of riding in crapy weather, we will all complain that the weather is crapy.. and need to ride in some sun shine!!!

Ya!! thats nice. the model I looked at is calling for 3 to 5 feet, of fresh fluffy stuff in two days. Get the camers ready, Im in tell there are no more fresh track to be had. Even if it takes me a week of solid riding!!!!!
