Interesting....I just had the latest ECM flash done and thought it introduced a low range mild bog but I also plugged in those wires since you are supposed to run a bit better with them plugged in...I wonder if that introduced the low end bog. I never had any bog like others on here till the new ECM flash. its a very slight bog, almost like it needs to clear out a bit of fuel and then its back to el'snappy.

Unplugging the wires actually increases your fuel flow 5% is what everyone is saying. So that bog you are experiencing is more than likely a lean condition. Most people suggest a PCV to actually gain control of the fuel system and fix the lean midrange and rich top end.

Hey guys. Do a little searching on the subject and you will find the answer. The long and short of it is that. All the Polaris fuel maps that they have had for the 800 are way lean in the mid range and rich on top so you need to run a fuel controller of some type to fix it. Polaris is unwilling to repair the issue and is just trying to muddle through it. Even if you don't have a midrange stumble your sled is dangerously lean at midrange so a fuel controller is the only way to go. Power comander seems to have the best so far but a boondocker will work also or any other one.

There is also some talk about plugging off the exhuast valve vent lines. I have done this and it seems to help also.

The ethanol wires may help a stumble slightly but usuually will not get rid of it. If you have the stumble an no fuel controller you should have them unplugged.

There are a few other issues also that can cause problems like voltage regulators taking out the ecu's but that is something that Polaris can and is fixing.
