Anyone probe the ground at The Rock or anywhere else lately?
Was up last weekend in 2.5ft of fresh going up the Horse Trail.

Hendrix -
8-10" of powder last Saturday. Good base with lots of traction.

This was Jan.31 and Feb.1

Went up the trail a bit today, just testing a customer's sled. Went about a km or two past where the groomer is sitting. Just past No Name.

Looked like there was another 4-6 inches from the past day or two on the trail. Update on what was up top?

Hoping to get out for a ride on Friday.

Dropoff is right at the 6000Rd Cableguy. Groomed all the way in to the warming hut. I would be there this weekend too, But dont think my pistons and jugs will be in

Like Dan said, the start of the 7000rd is where we start. 41km to The Rock. Only made it twice so far this season. Conditions are awesome right now.

Trail passes can be purchased for $10/person at Cariboo Supply & Marine and Performance All-Terrain(Way cooler shop btw )

Or $10 at the start of the trail. On Saturdays and Sundays.

Just a heads up on the conditions. Went up Sat/Sun. Took the Wifes 440Fan up, since mines down waiting on crank. AWESOME conditions. Climb anywhere Day. Should be great next weekend. Too bad I'll be in the NWT....

Road in is still OK, Starting to get a little rough close to the Rec site. (Need to get groomer going) Like said, Bring Gas. I used atleast 2 gal in/out. Bud with 2002 600HO burned whole tank AND 5 gallons,+ my leftovers. Depends on how much you play though.

Went up today (2/15/2009). Awesome conditions. Deep in places, and easy to get around. Two more feet would have been perfect! Wasn't much of a challenge for the boosted sleds...Bluebird day too!!!

The trail is always rougher around Spanish Lake to the rec site. Nothing new there.
