metric

aaahahahahha awesome :D

Srsly though, I do wish US would go to metric. Makes far more sense, and we're the only country that *doesn't* use it.

 Cool been waiting for the US to provide a sales target for all my metric time conversion kits!
Send $40.00 for your own set of 20 universal metric time conversion kits. J/K

I wish you would too. Makes working for a US company PAINFUL when all the data and training is in archaic units that make no sense. Metric has been good enough for your military since 'Nam (I think...maybe earlier)....why not the rest of the country? It really is easier....based on 10's. I fricken hate that I get mud weights in ppg (pounds per gallon) and concentrations in ppb (pounds per barrel...OILFIELD barrel), etc, etc.

Go metric and you'll never look back. It's simple, easy and painless. THe trick is to get the citizens to think in metric and not sit there and convert.

15 years in automotive enginering using metric, now I'm in aerospace that still uses inch. 20+ years they have been saying how everything would go metric then they bring up Steel stock size is inch, MIL and NAS specs are still using inch etc.
