My reason for voting for McCain is right here in this story. When you have judges on the supreme court willing to set aside congressional acts and give taliban and al queda constitutional rights bought and paid for by (you guessed it) us the taxpayers, in my humble opinion, (YOU"VE JUST GONE TO FAR!). This supreme court ruling set aside the 2006 Military Commisions Act, signed into law by Bush after being passed 65 to 34 in the senate and 250-170-12 in the house. Once again we have had an activist ruling legislated by the supreme court. I personally would rather invoke Sawyers law (SSS).
