mcx display box/megatune program help

i need some help getting the java script to download the saved run program of the display box and then move it over to the megatune program.
i just cant get it to work.

The Java program is for downloading logfiles, and is not a part of megatune.
Turn on ignition, connect usb to pc, check which port mcx gets, start megatune, choose port under Communication/settings, go to file and uncheck "offline", go to settings / fueltable / export, do the same with boost control, done!

Tbird, I haven't had a chance to use mine yet either due to a few issues with other stuff. I am wondering when I install the software on my laptop if there are any issues using it with Vista. thanks

it works well when you figure it out. trey sent me a email and it could not have been simpler....the megatune can not be connected to the box when the java is trying to download the data. its always the simple stuff that gets ya!

Are these boxes worth the cash............whats your thought after purchasing one?

i would say yes if you did not spend the cash on other gauges yet.. a good a/f gauge is close to 300 bucks
or yes if you have a fuel map problem then you have the ability to tune it yourself.
