McCall Snow

I hope I'll be riding quite a bit this year. Idaspud, the guy I ride with, had 3 vertebraes fused last week and will be out until at least February. I'm still trying to get a guide permit for BCL so I can take people out. A lot of people don't know the area and for safety also. Let me know if your coming over this way again and well will get out. Good luck selling your sled. What are you going to get?

Looking forward to it. No more cutting lawns LOL...I'm in Spokane for the Winter Knights Trade Show on Saturday. Come on by the booth and say hello if you get a chance ...

Just got back from Spokane Show. BCL got 4" and Brundage got 5". Total for Brundage is 15" for the year. Its starting. Supposed to be a great year...

McCall Area Winter Grooming, New Maps

I will keep you posted on the snow. We have a meeting with Payette Winter Rec about the new Openings and Closures for snowmobiling in the McCall Area on Tuesday

Just a rumor again but then maybe

Just a rumor but I heard at the Boise Snow show that there was close to 2 feet of snow above McCall on the higher elevations. Just a rumor. The Brundage site shows a foot on top but there is usually more back to the North.

AND the prediction for the next three months in the NW is above normal precip. and below normal temps. by the NOAA climate center.

Gonna be a good one.

Book your rooms now at BCL.

Is that today? Please tell me it is not above Payette Lake. My sled has no tunnel extension, one snow eliminator, no exhaust, new handlebars with no wiring, and cylinders still need to go off to RKT, plus I have surgery on the 29th. That could drive me a little nuts if that is in my backyard, lol. :)

looks a lot like four corners on west mtn in the meadow by the memorial stump

We went to Landmark and tore around a little. Rode the road into Deadwood Lodge for some break in. Not enough snow to really ride freely but it was still fun. The first two up the trail had a good ride. Put that two feet of fluff on a couple feet of base and it would have been quite the day. Sunny, calm, and beautiful...great day to be out.

about 2 and a half up top. hit a nice rock you have to really watch out. Also you are able to ride from the anderson creek parking lot. we just need more snow.
