Finally got to ride some deep stuff this last Sunday in the heart of the Kootenay's. There was about a 3' base with 2 1/2 to 3' of fluff on top.
These nytro's are very impressive! I was running 16lbs of boost and I swear it goes as good or better then my last years apex did at the same boost level. Its alot more responsive and has more low end and midrange pull fo-sure.
Anybody thinking of doing up a yami turbo will not be dissapointed, they are just way to much fun! After a little getting used to they carve and climb with ease! These things even make the trail a fun place to ride. They just rip out of the corners (its just to hard to describe how hard they pull)
So far I'm totally impressed with the timbersled skid. It holds the ski's down well, but unlike an m-10 it still gives you enough transfer to be playfull when boon'n. A 162 track is a must and you don't even need a tunnel extension, it fits right under the stocker fine
I'm installing a CR-racing tunnel as we speak but its not really a must (as the 162 track and different skid are!)
Merry boostmas to all!
