anyone have that issue ever?? We have 2 of them and it just started happening to both!! The only thing i can think is maybe the race fuel, but it has never affected before...??

Depending on conditions and mounting location the TCV Valve (small electronic boost controller mounted near turbo) can potentially freeze up causing it to stick open. This can also happen with manual boost controllers as well. The open fitting should be facing straight down so water can drain out. Make sure the line from the turbo housing as well as the line to the wastegate are free of moisture.

Yes that what cause the problem
i have mounted a shield to protect the TVC Valve from getting snow and ice building around it.

.
well here are some pictures of the valve and the protection shield.

And now the Tvc valve has it dry and nice over the cover plate.

the moist in the hoses and the valve, is not that moist from the "boost air" that comes from the compressor housing in the turbo?

tried

Thanks to all for advice - we took everything apart and dried them overnight- one worked ok - the one we left outside overnight, and the other did it again as soon as we hit snow!!?? seems wierd that my snowmobile is allergic to snow all of a sudden... ?? try again one more time, and then maybe trip to doctors office.

Happy new year all.:face-icon-small-con
