May Riding?

We're laying out some tentative itinerary for our honeymoon in mid May 2009; flying into Denver, driving to Yellowstone, western Montana, SE Idaho and then back thru northern Colorado. Will that be too late in the season to get in any mountain tours/guided rides? My dream is to do some real mountain riding in out west; thanks so much!

I'm a guide for Trailblazer Snowmobile Tours in Fraser, Colorado. We normally close tours right before Winter Park Ski Resort does because the traffic to the area slows down considerably after that. Last year that was April 13th. The snow conditions last year would have allowed for us to stay open longer had the owner decided that was feasable. as i was saying.....snow, regardless if it has been a good season is rarely "real good" anywhere by mid may.......now april can be another story.
