I know this is a little off topic, but since the sledding season is winding down I figured it would be okay.
As some of you may know I am a charter boat captain for my family out of Ninilchik/Deep Creek in the summers, and I just wanted to let you guys know about a special we are running for May and August on halibut, or halibut-salmon charters. A halibut charter usually runs $215 per person, while a combo is $250 pp, but since these are pretty slow months we are doing a $40 discount per person.
Reel em' Inn Cook Inlet Charters is a family friendly business that has been owned and operated by my family for 23 years now. I know a lot of you have in-laws and such that come up from the lower 48 during the summer and halibut fishing would be a great way to keep them entertained while putting some fish in your freezer. Successful halibut fishing in Cook Inlet is usually dependent on the tide, so I if you want to book a charter, the earlier you book the better because you can get the premium tides that give you a better chance at bigger fish.
If you have any questions just shoot me a PM or give us a call. We also have a great website that can answer some questions you might have. Just mention you saw this on snowest if you book to get the discount.
Thanks, Garrett
