I just got my new maverick 153, it feels a bit stiffer in the lugs than my buddy's. He has one of the originals. Will mine soften up after a bit or will this hurt me in the powder? Mine also is missing the ridges or little slices where his has them, everything else looks the same. Any input would be great, thanx

It will soften up alot.
Put an almost new Nytro takeoff on the M7. Has about 600mi total on it 400 under the M7.
It appeared pretty stiff when I got it. Now the lugs are angled pretty good.
Can see how it wouldn't hold up the best under high hp sleds though. It was showing a little wear already spinning under the 7 with wore out clutches.
Good track though in the powder. It'll go anywhere my 162 Challenger will.
