I bought a copy of this and plan to read it on my flight into hay Days!!! Never have i looked fwd to a flight more as the feedback from people who have read it already is FANTASTIC!!!

I think it's a must have people! and if you haven't met Matt yet it would be well worth your while to drop in and say hi! he's a heck of a guy with some great stories to tell and a stellar attitude!

Been working out of town a bunch lately but just wanted to say how good it was to talk with ya after the 509 Premiere. I left our meeting only able to think about how I could help you get your message out, and how I could get you and your message up in my neck of the woods.

Well.....the how can I help you part was offered to me just minutes later on my way back to the room. I'm not a gambler at all since I don't sit still well and can't count either. That said, I felt a strong urge to drop a $20 into a machine that I walked past on my way to the room. I turned around, walked back to it and dropped in the dough. After the 3rd or 4th pull I got this message:

I couldn't believe it. I rarely win when I put money into a pop machine. This was just meant to be. It took a while to sign the tax stuff and get paid so you had already left by the time I got out of there. I gave the after tax payout to Hairy Mark (Messinbrink) who will be giving it to you at Hay Days. I hope it helps with your travel and other expenses.

I gave copies of your book to our local school staff and am waiting to hear back. I have no doubt I will get the green light to schedule a date/time here soon. I will be in touch as soon as I have details. Travel safe and have a ball at Hay Days. Thanks for what you are doing and all that you are sharing. Talk to ya soon. EW

Matt P, I wish I could meet you in person. I had a very close call this past year in an avalanche and feel like I know some of the thoughts that went into your book! I can't wait to read it!!!!!! Hope you have a good time at Hay Days!

Matt, Thanks for the awesome book, im almost half way through it already. I started it almost as soon as I got home from Haydays. Thanks for autographing the book and dvd also

I was only able to break away from the SnowBigDeal booth for a few minutes, but I could have sat and talked with you for hours. It was great to meet you and talk with you one on one at the 509 booth at HayDays Matt! I read your book last night on the flight home to Salt Lake. There were quite a few sentences in there that really struck me and inspire me.

What other shows will you be at? I'd love for my son to meet you and hear your story first hand.

I was able to catch the worlds longest flight (with 2 layovers) to Hay Days this weekend but somehow the day of flying FLEW by! I got through the book; a lot of tears just cause I'm like that -yeah, I'm a wussy girl who TOTALLY cries at stuff! Anyway, I was VERY impressed with how entertaining the book was as well as inspiring. Matt is SUCH a wonderful person, I knew it before the book and was STILL blown away by the weight of it after reading the book!

This is a FANTASTIC read for anyone, snowmobile rider or not, avalanche victim or not. This book hits home on MANY levels and was a very enjoyable read -don't misinterpret my crying... I cry at happy stuff too.. the book was NOT a total downer and was very positive, funny in spots, uplifting, deep, easy going... Everything! Matt wound it all together into a wonderful story that leaves you feeling GOOD about having added it to your life!!

Enjoy people and share it with the WORLD, it's a fantastic book!
