Manual Vs. Electronic Boost control?

M
Just curious as to what, if any advantages there would be to installing an electronic boost control solenoid on my Impulse Nytro with the Boost-it fuel system. The Boost-it controller has an output for a boost control solenoid. The sled currently has a manual boost controller.
Any input or experience is appreciated.

just depends on how much you like to change boost levels,if you do it often its worth the money.if you rarely change the manual one works great with very little issues.if i remember right its about 200$ or more upgrade, have to send box to boost-it + need the solenoid that adjusts the boost, cool option though.

I had it on my boondocker turbo and it was a nice feature to have. If you get into a situation that needs more or less oomph it only takes a few seconds to change it.

I have the manual on my XM and electronic on the Viper - I prefer the Electronic. Whats $200 in the sled world.

I have the Electronic one on my Apex w/ a Boost it box. It works flawless, takes just a couple secs to adjust boost. The manual ones work good, I have seen the ice up or get sticky, haven't had that happen with my electronic one.
