Trail sucks, needs groomed.
Snow was pretty well set, developing a base. Sparse on hill tops, tapped a couple of rocks while crossing over tops. Pretty deep in places. Saw some wind loaded areas that looked very unstable.
We sat on a hill top where you have a clear view of willard peak. There were a couple of crazies climbing up some of the steep canyons above.
In the 20 minutes that we sat there we heard 3 big rumbles that traveled across the whole valley. two of them you could actually feel the precussion. We didn't see anything sliding, so we figured that it had to be settling, but man was it humbling.
