anyone been there lately?would like to know the conditions in the alpine near border lake etc-how deep and has there been many sledders in there?

was at border/trapper about a month ago, very little snow on top, especially of the south facing slopes, I have never seen so little snow in this area,
must be more now, but how much I don't know,

does anyone know of an easier way in there
alpine near border lake. the trail was covered
no one had been ther in awhile looking for a map
