Not many praises on here about customer service but I feel the need to share one. Posting here just so the whole Forum won't think they can get chit fixed for free all the time. Plus I know some of us have the same mounts and may appreciate this company.
I destroyed my Delkin suction camera mount while riding in the tree's. I emailed Delkin to see if parts were available and long story after sending them pics, my parts are on the way at no charge what so ever. I was floored that they didn't even hit me up for shipping.
Such a rare thing anymore
