Yeah back then there was only about 5 names I couldn't put a face with. Now it's the opposite. About 5 faces with 20,000 names. Every time I see Jeff C post I still see Chris Farley.

OK thanks, I looked at my pm's and threads and everything starts in '07. I remember in '07 when they changed up the forum they gave you a choice of keeping your original start date or just starting over in '07. Didn't seem important at the time but now I'm wishing I'd kept the original. I read thru your thread about the history of snowest and do remember alot of the people in the pics(being up north I haven't met very many of them) but I don't remember the time frame. Didn't they change up the forums in '01? or somewhere in there?

anyone who bitchs about how slow SW is now sholud have seen it back then when dial up was fast. I haven't been around since 01 probably since 03-04 things have really changed

Yeah, in July 2001 everyone had to log in and create a new account...starting all over again. All old threads were basically gone.

Then it happened again, but not quite as drastically, in 2007.
