m8 with purple/white drive spring..Questions?

Hey Guys,

I have a 2008 m8 sp 153 ported twin jaws with 73g weights, purple/white drive spring and 44/34 helix.

Anyone tried the cpc purple/white spring and what weights did you use? I am thinking 75g to offset the higher engagement spring???

Any advice???

Thanks

Wow, a 175/305 in a M8

I looked through previous threads, I can't find anybody engaging that high for a reference point.

I would think that would be a trencher in the powder.

I would check a Flatlander site for high engagement set-ups.

Thanks for the advice. A custom sled shop in Canada mentioned that this combination works really well for the mountains. So far it does not trench at all and pulls like a train. Maybe a little fine tuning for rpms with heavier weights will be the answer. Just looking around for others using this spring.

Cheers
