m8 purelogic tuning and twins with quirk

I have a 08 m8 with purelogic, jaws twins, and fuel regulator set at 40psi. Thanks for the advice a few weeks ago.
Egts are around 1150 max, but sled has a hesitation in the hole after idling. Rips in and out of throttle all day. Even tried fuel down to 36 psi, needed to add fuel in the mid and wot but occasional hesitation still there????
Ideas? Tried baro tube re-location, might have made it even worse.. I thought that the heat of the twins might be giving the ecu a false reading?
