m8 pump gas turbo how reliable

From what I have seen this year....VERY RELIABLE......There are 3 or 4 in our group that ride them day in day out with little tuning knowledge or need to tune and they have been rock solid. I believe the M8 is on of if not THE best sled to turbocharge. Get it. You will like it.

What pump gas kits were they using cutler, ovs, boondocker, twisted...? Looking to turbo and wondering what has been working. I want to ride, not ticker all season.

I have a 09 m8 bd pump gas kit with 1800 miles and have changed the numbers twice, havnt touched anything except the boost knob, most reliable sled ive ever owned.

X2!

I have put 1300 on mine this year and it has been very reliable. I have broken one primary clutch spring, otherwise that is it! No reeds either. It is trailable, easy to ride in the trees, still makes good power...i say go for it!

Because of the lower boost you do not absolutely need aftermarket reeds, but I ilike to install TDR reeds when we do the kits. These reeds last about twice as long as the stockers.

What is the difference between TDR and V-force reeds? Is the only benifit for replacing the stock reeds longevity? Im getting a pump gas kit for my 09 m8 and trying to get an idea about the pros and cons of a turbo.
