m8 mag side mount?

Is it a problem with the m8 like it is for the 1000? My engine mount bushing on the mag side is shot!! Should I replace it with a stock m8 one? Or should I go with the solid mount one? Anybody have the part # for them? All I can seem to find is the whole mount and not just the bushing?

Thanks Kane13
I will look into it! I'm just surprized nobody has had any mount problems?

I had the same thing happen to my 07 M1000. I just replaced it with a stock one. On my 09 M1000 I added the extra motor mount and torque stop. Helps clutch alignment and belt blowing issues for the 1000. If you are not blowing belts constantly and have a bunch of miles on your setup I'd just replace what you have. I'd inspect all of your mounts though, just to be safe. Hope this helps ya.

Could this also be my RPM issue? Ive been fighting to get 2-300 RPM all winter! Changed springs,weights,helix.....And on and on!!! Just noticed the engine mount bushing on the mag side is really loose! I never got alot of miles this winter so i never blew a belt. But could this be my missing rpm? My sled would rev to 8100 to 8200rpmthen fall of to 7800-7900rpm

I don't think it would hurt to change them at all they will wear over time, i read that thread over at BCR. I am still convinced my rpm loss came after i installed the box, i made some adjustments but gonna have to wait till next season to try them out winter really sucked up here for me anyways, have a good summer!!!

Ive been running mine with out the box for the last 2 months!! Seems to run crisper but never gained an rpm! unless i go with some portiing and head work im not going to run one.. My a/f gage was good so i see no need for one. Plugs were a nice tan!
