I ran it on my 1000 after I lost the DD and cat didn't have any but one for a M8. It ran approx 5 miles an hour faster track speed and the clutchs were a little cooler... ID recommend it if you have the chance to do it.
i just took my m8 gears out and I think the stock gears with a pipe kit works better. I get better track speed and mileage is much better. I gained at least 10 mph. It didnt loose anything down low. This is in alaska at 1000' though.
