M8 Bulkhead/Tunnel

I was wanting to know if any of you guys have had any problems at all with the 2008-2010 arctic cat bulkhead where it makes its connection on to the tunnel?

Myself along with three other guys that I ride regularly with having been having problems with the bulkhead to tunnel connection on our M Series sleds. I ride a 2008 and my friends ride a 2007 and two that are 2009. All the sleds are breaking the bulkheads right along the top of the cooler that sits infront of your drivers right in front of the steering post mounting bracket. Anyone else experience this?

Are you guys dropping off cliffs??? lot of M's running around here and have never even heard of one...

I broke that part and this year I noticed that the bulkhead is cracking on each side where the welds come off the front cooler. These bulkheads are cheap sh*t. I had a thread about how I fixed where the steering post mounts and will try to post a link to it for you. AC needs to bulk up theses bulkheads a little. I maybe a little hard on stuff but I have never wrecked this sled and its basically cracking apart. I guess a guy just needs to buy a new sled every year if he doesn't want to deal with these issues.

Heres a pic of how my steering support broke along the bulkhead. My tunnel also cracked a little but after some welding and three additional sheets of aluminum its strong enough I won't ever have issues with it again.
