M8 bottom end bog

I got my sled out for the first time this year and there was a bog on the bottom end. The guy I bought the sled from said this was from the MBRP can he put on and he bought a pure logic fuel control box to adjust for this. Would the can cause a rich or lean condition in the bottom end? and has anyone experienced this or know how to fix it?

i have an MBRP can on my sled and have absolutely no bog whatsoever.

Good day, usually a bog is caused by a lean condition.

I also noticed that there was a lot of belt dust on the sled and he had a couple fried belts under the seat. Could the clutches being out of alignment cause the motor to bog on the bottom end?

I also tried adding some fuel on the low fuel setting on the control box and it didn't seem to help
