M8-162 2010 Reverse problem

Hi...
Is anyone having problem with their electronic reverse?
When I'm engaging reverse in deep snow, there is wrecking sound coming from the secondary.
My friend (same sled) had the save problem and they (DEALER) changed the roller in the secondary, but lasted only 100 miles. They seem to worn out really quick.
Any Idea or aftermarket upgrade ?

if you look at the helix u well see that the bolt sticks out of the helix on revers cut. it well hit the roller and mess it up.but that is not the sound u here.what happens is the roller dosn't catch the cut and the clutch opens and allows the belt to slip.you can upgrade the rollers to bdx rock rollers or hi-torque rollers.ac does offer some as well.u well notice in the 11 asses book they well offer the new high temp drive rollers on the rev side aswell. if you don't have side vents and a shift assit washer bearing it gets to hot. i have seen 2 stock helix brake on the 10s
