m7 turbo problems!

I'm running a ovs turbo kit on 06 m7. Its a aerocharger 53 running at 10lbs of boost. Took it out yesterday to test it out. This kit maybe has 50 miles on it. Sled was building boost and everything was working fine and thennnn........

Then like you flipped a switch....... sled wouldn't hardly build any boost... maybe 3-4lbs... Seems like it hits a wall at 7500rpms. I was thinking maybe I blew a weld on the pipe/y-pipe, so I took the pipe off and checked it, everything looked fine. I was gonna try switching pipes (just incase it blew on a seam and I can't see it).

After tearing into that, I double checked all the boost lines thinking one had come off or blew. I couldn't find anything wrong there.

I did get it to build 10lbs of boost one time after it started acting up and I almost crapped my pants because I wasn't expecting it to work, my buddy was just as scared as all he seen was belly pan and track coming at him! (was after about 10 runs across a field with it stumbling and falling on its face)

Its got me stumped! Fuel pump take a dump (still seeing 38psi at idle)? Power valves maybe? Any help or ideas guys?

make sure you have good connections on ur hook ups to the ecu/ecm or that you dont have a exhaust leak. i went with the boondocker kit my self just recently. let us know what you find.

I'll look at it tomarrow! I'm getting a extra exhaust pipe and I'll go thru all the wiring to make sure the box doesn't have a loose wire. I'll post some results tomarrow.

Got it out again today. Figured out that it was overfueling itself just before the boost was geting built up. I tossed a set of plugs in, tried that and it didn't work. Then after that I turned the fuel pressure down to 36psi (according to this gauge, which I'm pretty sure isn't reading correctly, ordered a new one!) and now bam....

10psi of boost! Its down right scary on these with 10psi on 8" of rock hard crusted over snow at 700ft, lol! Things a little doggy off the line, takes alittle for the boost to get up. I didn't have the right primary spring in it need to raise the engagement but...... hey thats next. Anyone have any flatland clutching recomendations?

planned on running:

Primary:
80gram med profile weights
w/orange-white 143-290 spring (was running a 122/285, didn't have a orange/white at the time)

Secondary:
Orange-white ac spring 1/2" preload
46 degree helix
