can you over charge your lighting coil with un used elec? what are all you m7 turbo guys doning i am using my stock location for my air intake for turbo

On bikes you can use a Transil Diode to protect the ecu , can be wired into the pos and neg feeding the ecu to protect it from spikes. transil diodes for your ecu are like surge protectors for computers. you have to figure out the proper range the ecu should see. and what is considered too much. then select the proper sizing diode so it can suppress all over voltages above its breakdown voltage.
