M7 tech info

ok i have a 06 M7 and i need to know what the ring end gap should be on the pistons. and i also need the torque specs for the cylinders to the bottem end case. thanks for any info i cant find my tech book and i need these specs to continue with my project.

head is 22-28 ft/lbs and cyls 34-51 ft/lbs
