M7 POWER VALVES WHAT CONTROLS THEM

I HAVE A 06 M7 ENGINE IN MY HAWK. BEEN HAVING ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS. WOULD LOOSE SPARK SO STARTED SWAPING PARTS. DID STATOR NO DIFFERNCE,COIL NO DIFFERENCE, TRIGGER COIL NO DIFFERENCE. WOULD RUN TILL WARM 125 ON TEMP GAUGE THEN LOSE SPARK. JUST FOR KICKS MOVED ECU AND FLIPPED UPSIDE DOWN AND ITS BEEN RUNNING FOR LAST 2 DAYS RIDE.
PROBLEM IS IT STILL RUNS LIKE CRAP. LOOKED AT REEDS OK COMPRESSION IS GOOD. CHECK POWER VALVE SERVO OPERATION AND DONT CYCLE AT ALL. TRIED REVVING ON STAND AND STILL WONT PULL RPM. HITS ABOUT 6900RPM THATS IT.
WHAT CONTROLS THE SERVO FOR POWER VALVES?
BEEN READING TONS OF M7 BOG THREADS AND NOT MUCH FOR RESOLUTIONS OF THE PROBLEMS LISTED ON THIS FORUM

Don't know if this helps, or even if it should be posted here, but used to have that problem if you would shut motor down in a hurry, and then had that problem on turbos...it ended up being the temp sensor that is on the bottom of the motor, if it got too warm it shut down spark and would not start untill it cooled down. As far as the exhaust valves, I had one that the set screw came loose ONThe motor and another that was acting screwy because the voltage reg took a dump.

i would borrow a different ecu and give it at try

got it

found that the power valve actuator was not functioning. had to give it a manual turn a few times while running on track stand to get going. BAFFLED
by the lost spark cuz just moved ecu to top of frame and mounted upside down and ran for 3 days no problems

You need to ohm it the servo motor to place it in the right starting positron. I have the spec st home but I am traveling right now. For some reason 1.8 ohms comes to mind.
