Well took my latest purchase out today it a 05 M7 with a 800 top end twisted turbo, new top end. So far very happy. Tried some tuning on the pure logic but still need a little more time. Don't have a good base line for numbers?? Set up was way off when I got it. Like 6 and 7 for yellow and green. Does pretty good on take off and WOT. Having a hard time coming off boost and trying to get back on.
My setting now are
1,3,4,7,7,7 39 lb fuel pressure 9lb boost 8000 ft.
A/F at idle 16.8. Mid 15.2 and Short WOT mid 13 to 14.. As I pull WOT longer it works it's way to 12's.
Any Ideas??

add a bit to your bottom/mid end. maybe a bit more fuel pressure.

also, you may know, you may not, if your getting missfires, it makes the afr read lean due to the oxygen left in the pipe then.

Shain told me to run my stock m8 at 40psi fuel pressure

i'm thinking with the big bore you would want to be between 40-42 psi

Depends on how the box is programmed,

When you fire up the sled from first to last list the colors of settings and number

example of my numbers on my 09 tm8 with attitude box
low= green-3
mid= orange-1.5
hi= red-.5 flashing fast so turned off
boost= blue/green-4 to 5 depending on how much boost
hi/load= red/blue setting of the load when red kicks in (if you set it at 8, when the box reads that amount of load it adds the fuel in the red to that load range of 8, if red is off nothing happens. Its a fine tune and usually not needed the main setting is the blue/green and only one I ever adjust on mine.

It should have a 1:1 fuel pressure regulator so at 9lbs the F/P should be 9psi higher. Make sure that is happening.
Its very important to know how its programmed or it could make it very hard to tune right.

running consistently you want to be somewhere between 12-12.8 on the a/f

Wish I knew what was in the box for sure I miss Dale already!!

Ditto on red/blue. I have my blue green maxed out, but the red/blue has a bigger effect on wot afrs than anything else. Only took new two seasons to figure it out. I do wish I could get my idle numbers like yours, I have to pull fuel pressue to get idle lean enough to be crisp. I have an 07 m8

It my understanding that yellow=idle green=mid red=top or main jet yellow/blue=primary injectors, green/blue is secondary injectors and red/blue is the fuel switch point.

Isn't the red blue the switch point indicating when to switch, not how much?? What will this change at WOT?

If you have the time you should ride with shain. You will learn more in an hour than a whole season on your own. Hell he is offering, Iwould take him up on it.

I thought that red/blue was a switch point too, and it might be, but when I run my red blue at 4, I run 13 on my afr, if I bring it down to 3, I run 12 on my afr. The lower my red blue goes, the less responsive my midrange is.

I'd like to go riding with Shain too!
