M5 hood on an M8

Does anyone know if an 05' M5 hood will fit on an 08' M8?

Yes-Same hood-different decals.

Gauge hole will be too large.

won't work, stickers are different...the M5 isn't clutched right for the M8 stickers, you can tighten your piston return spring a hole or 2, should help out a bit

The gauge hole is too big, like said above. It may be cheaper to buy M5 decals for your hood, or have a place like ArcticFX make something custom for you.

Thanks for the input. What about the M5 and M8 guages interconecting? I have a custom wrap on my hood now but want a different one for this year, my 9yr old wants my current hood.
