M1k Single prope egts! Seem to low!!

Hey guys I have 2 m1000 and i just put single prope egts on them. I put the prope on the pto side 4 in from the skirt. Im only seeing 1100 f on long wot pulls on one sled the other one has not even got much passed 1050. Is this normal temps or should it be alot hotter? both sleds are piped and ported. Any help or input would be great thanks guys.

On my twin piped M8 I get 1100-1200 on long pulls. I have my warning light set to pop on at 1230. And on my M1000 it hits 1080-1100. And on my bigbore M6 it hits 1100-1200.

Check your plugs and wash to see if your 1100 is rich or lean. 1100 sounds about right but you wont know till you confirm with plugs and wash.

good safe numbers that way u dont have to worry about a burndown had my warning lite on my 06 m8bb at 1150

mine was 1150 wot stock and seems to pull better/smoother at the same temp with full pipe set. check your plugs and wash.
