My good friend and long time riding buddy switched from Poo to Doo last year and after fighting it for a year it looks like it might be worth it. The sled is last years 800xp 154. It now has the new driveshaft, belt, alignment. torque arm, lower gearing, and Dynamo Joe clutching. Very impressive so far. I rode it a few times yesterday, and what a huge improvment over stock. Very linear and usable powerband. I rode it stock last year and thought Skidoo blew it. I have always been a Doo fan, but WTF? As always the aftermarket comes to the rescue. For those that have this sled and arent happy yet, dont give up. It has great potential and can be made to work quite well. Time will tell, but I think my buddy wont be as tired as me at the end of the day. I see the xp as the best boondocker built to date
