m1200 turbo across the lake

I thought I was going to see some pictures. Can someone say 174" track split in half?:eek: Man, Trav sometime things will start going your way:D:beer;.

Yep! Split that 174 in half and flew me into a couple of flips over the bars.:mad: Shain decided to pull me across the water and see what water feels like coming off of a 174 on 14lbs of boosted 1200.:eek: I wanted to jump off but did not trust the slushy underneath us.:face-icon-small-sho Thanks for the pull Shain.:beer;

Really sorry I had to bail but I got you half way Trav. I will say that when I was going across the lake I was thinking to myself I hope Trav puts his jacket on for this. More like a wetsuit

thats nothing...i got towed two days in a row:beer;

Thanks for reminding me... I will be sending a chiropractor bill to you ASAP!
My back is killing me... Must of been from towing you by holding the loop on your ski.

Nice pic hector:D
Look close enough and you will notice he is shirtless!

What happened Hatch?:(

long story short,

on friday:

- second y-pipe cracked and completly came apart...im sure it because the pipe to turbo fitting is hard mounted and needs a donut/spring combo

- then the secondary was only held together with one bolt, in respect to the 9 bolts that hold the helix to the back sheeve...further inspection shows the bolts should be replaced everytime to mess with em....cheesy tiny bolts:(

on saturday:

- the fuel pressure starts jacking off at idle, and then it would not start...took a few minutes to figure out fuel pressur will not build until the engine is running for a few seconds, adjusted the regulator and it ran for an hour or so...then the pressure starts jacking off, adjusted the regulator up and down and nothing seems tom make much sence....looks like the pressure regulator has a mad diaphram???.....although im not sure how the fuel pump acts when its about to go out??...nonetheless, its in the shop and going to get a ton of new parts before i ride it again, or its for sell and im getting a 2010????

all in all, the turbo thing still has me hooked, but its best i trailer the back up sled everywhere i go....id rather ride slower then not at all:cool:
