I took out my 1100 turbo today and the snow was really deep and alittle wet also. The rpms in a hard pull would fall to around 7700 but on the road I got 8100 to 8200. I run ethanol free 91 octane and I dont think there's a loose charge air clamp cause I get 8200 on the road.... If you have any advise I would be vary thankful!

The torque and HP curve on these is pretty flat, not as peaked like a 2-stroke. On the dyno runs we have the HP is over 175 from about 7300 rpm to 7800 (hp falls off over 7800). Peak torque at 120 from 7250 to 7600. If its completely stock, I wouldnt run it over 7800rpm. On ours today with aftermarket exhaust we were running about 7700 on a hill in fresh at 10,000ft. Boost guage is showing about 20lbs.

That's good to know!!! I thank you tons, and it's always nice when people explain things to ah T because these sleds are a whole new breed and god only knows how much time I would have spent trying to chase those couple hundred rpms... Like I used to on the 2 smokes I've owned!!!!

Yes, as max said your target stock should be from 7550 to 7775is. The HP and torque curve is very flat so the margin for error is pretty big.

What else

What else are you running to get 20 Psi? Where do you have your boost gauge plumbed in?
