There isn't many - if you are talking 2013 models the ski stance is wider on the XF, gearing and clutching is different (higher on XF), and shock caliberation MAY be different - not sure as I haven't had any apart.

Seat is lower on an XF unless you're looking at the High Country XF. I think the cooling area is larger on the regular XF than the M or the High Country XF too.

Can be added, none of the 12's had it. The 13' M have it and the xf doesnt, unless its a high country
