Hello everyone-
First, I am thinking of putting a boondocker pump gas turbo on my 09 m1000 sple. Last year I put the stage II d&d ported cylinders and heads, y pipe, pipe and barker can. From what I understand I will have to go back to stock head and cylinders.(extra $1,000 bucks or so, bummer) Does everyone agree with this scenario?
Secondly, what kind of issues should I be aware of. I am not a great mechanic and want to know what I need to watch for and any little tips you guys could give me. I know how to run a boondocker box but that is about it.
Lastly I am confused. Does the stock oil tank go away and you have to premix gas and oil. Not a big deal to do but curious if thats how it works.
Any tips, ideas, insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much in advance for any help.
