m1000 seized pto when bought, previous owner seized at 1200 miles then seized 1/4 mile after new top end, ..... installed new cat cylinder and both pistons, started with out exhaust on, idles at 4000 ish rpm starting to wear Teflon off of pto piston with 3 minutes running, mag piston is perfect.

that is the biggest problem when rebuilding after a seizure. if you don't find the root cause, just throwing piston, cyl ect.. is a recipe for it to go down again (soon). you need to find out why. air leak, or short on fuel is best guess. good luck, ski

premix the gas in the tank 40 to 1 and see if you are using oil too from the oil tank. If you injector is bad, the oil deal wont help in time to tell if that was it. I have seen a few injector that don't spray the same as the other side. have them tested or replace them. Check for broken wires or loos plugs. Also pull them out and look in the fuel inlet of the injector, if there is white grainy crap in there you definitely have a injector issues.
