where is them limit on stock inj for boost on m1000, can i make it to 8.5 pounds at 7000 feet

I have fuel system up grade BOONDOCKER EBC I run 8 to 10 lbs i ride at 4500 to 7000 feet on 100 LL fuel Stock fuel system is good to 6lbs to be safe ! This is what i have found on my 09 m1000 with boondocker pump gas kit

Boondocker has a fuel booster board in their EBC that pulls power from a different stator coil than the fuel pump is on and boosts the voltage to the stock fuel pump to increase it's output/fuel pressure.

so the booster board increases fuel pump output with more voltage so you dont need 1/1 or2/1fuel psi reg hooked to boost to raise fuel ps and aux pump ?

On the 2010+ kits you press a copper fitting on the intank regulator. There is a push connect fitting that threads into the copper fitting. A poly line from the air box is routed into the tank and connects to the push to connect. As boost pressure increases, the airflow out of the poly line pushes on the diaphragm of the regulator. This now acts as your 1:1 rising rate regulator.

The booster board brings voltage from two points together and pushes 17 VDC to the fuel pump on the 09+ sleds, increasing the output of the pump w/o having to put in a higher capacity walboro pump. This is a major function of the EBC that most people don't realize. The EBC is much more useful on the 1000 and RG M8 setups.

The system has a vaccuum line from air box to fuel pump. It is only 09 and up m1000 that boondocker uses the stock fuel pump I think the older sleds they change the pumps because they used a DC electircal system they need the AC system to ramp the pump up and down to gain extra fuel flow. I have 800 hard miles with ebc on and 400 with out and with the ebc it stays in TUNE!!
