M1000 Big Bore Kits

Hello everyone, I have been thinking of doing a 1200 kit on my 08 m1000. Lets hear everyone's setup's. Elevation, pipe(s), head, who's kit did you use, power valves or delete's, clutching, and possibly bd numbers if you have any. And are you happy with it, how much better than a piped 1000?

There are lots of threads on this , just do a search. All 1200's are much stronger than any piped 1000. More raw power! In reality it is a piped 1200. I tried power valve deletes and I did not like them but maybe that was just me. If you already have a BD box it will have to be reprogrammed for a 1200.... it has more rpm settings. If you choose to buy one you can pm me and I will be glad to give you the numbers that I am using....but.... they are really border line lean on my sled so I would be real careful . will send you the rest on a pm

My bro has a 07 1200 that he is always working on,i think they suck to much wrenching not enough riden.

I have been all around a 1200 when they are right they will make a turbo 800 look like a stocker. So that beeing said here comes the but ,there is no one out there that makes a piston worth having. We are having custom pistons maid right now that have a lot better design and can handle the stress a 1200 can make . go ahead and pm me or call me and I can discuss this with you. My last straw was having my sled helicoptered out because of some bmp pistons.
