M series gearing info

I was wondering if anyone knew what speeds the clutches are in a 1:1 ratio with the different gearsets available, I know I've seen it on here before but can't find it...

Reason I ask is because I blew a belt going across a lake, doing about 70-75mph, I am running 54/66 gears. So I ran it on the trackstand and when I hit about 70mph the belt is almost riding flush with the primary, this got me curious what speed the 1:1 would be at, as I might actually be in overdrive when climbing, And if my belt got ate up by the helix in the secondary...

Assuming 8,000 rpm, 1:1 ratio is 66 mph and the belt will travel down in the secondary 0.92"

At 70 mph, the drive ratio is ~1.05:1 and the belt is sucked down 0.98".

Max ratio is 1.443:1 at 96 mph with the belt down 1.23".

Thanks, is this for 54/66 or 60/60? I really can't see how it could go much faster than 75mph with the belt almost at the top of the primary already. Also what do you mean when you say that the belt is down 1.23'' a top speed? shouldn't it be much more than that?

Last checked, I was pretty good at reading and comprehending numbers. :)

Overdrive.

On the belt, that's what the math says. :ranger:

Sorry had a brain fart there, right after I posted I realised I prob wasn't doing 7800 rpm on the trackstand, duh eh?

And thanks that is the chart I was looking for, what drivers does the 09 m1 have? 10 tooth?
