Have a 144" 04 Mtn Viper and thinking of a 153"m7 skid if it fits? All feedback appreicated.

That is a common conversion. Do a search on here or try the TY forums. I run a 1M skid in one of my MM mods and the front arm bolted into the stock mounting holes. The rear bracket had to be moved a little.
it will fit, with some modification. front arm mount moves forward. rear drops move forward, ac skid is slighly narrower at the front so spacers must be added at the front arm. rear scissor point is slightly wider so when moving the drops, you must also overcome this in the equation. skid is more suited to the layback motor design twins with a totally different center of gravity than the yamaha triples. but thats just my opinion. others may have had better results.
