m 1000 turbo questions

i am putting together turbo parts and have a few questions

1. what psi of fuel do i want to run to the system?

2. does the system use a bypass, ie: fuel not used goes back to the tank

3. what kind of oil pump do i need to run the turbo oil?

any input is great thanks
kenton

Fuel psi is typicaly 40-45psi. Some fuel controller programs are tuned around a specific psi. A bypass regulator is the only way to go and if possible routed after the fuel rail and back to the tank.

For oil pumps there are a few options that are all debatable. I run an electric on mine thats been reliable but I would use the stock oil injection pump to oil the turbo if I had the clearance in the chassis.

O I would go twisted but like to work on stuff myself, and have the I can make it cheaper mentality (yes I usually blow the buget).

Also this will be it a 05 snopro chassis so parts of a kit may not work and would be a waste

Tinkeritis, Blart, and Radski30 are all the same person....

40 psi
1 to 1 riseing rate regulator
on a garrett you can use the stock oil pump to oil the turbo.
What kind of turbo do you have?
