spring style with green spring. It comes with Dakotas helix also that he recommends. This setup is for 6000 to 10000 feet roughly. I had a M1000
new in 08 that this setup was on and I only put 150 miles on this sled and then sold it without clutching. Just cleaning garage out. If interested call or text me.
