Anyone using a drop-in replacement as opposed to kits? Earth X, anti-gravity, etc? If so...what brand and model? How's the fit and performance?

Just an anti gravity 8 cell attached to the lower plastics.

Delete the battery box.

Pul plastics back for belt change.

Antigravity with cv customs lightweight bracket fits great and leaves a lot more room in there.

Did it years ago on 16 axys. It was a wps. Didn't start as good as antigravity in cv customs kit. Lasted for 5 or 6 years until my buddy sold sled. Fit was fine. Seems like they gave you hard foam to adjust fit

Right on, sounds like a winner. I'm not opposed to pulling it for a cold start if needed.....just nice to have for the 100+ restart of the day lol

I’ve got an Earth x I bought last Feb. put it in my Cat which I rode 3 times with it. Sold the sled, kept the battery as I was going use it on the new sled. I didn’t, went with the lightweight kit.
I’d let it go for a fair price.

Earthx, installed beginning of last season, 1400 miles on matryx slash pro. Works excellent, just add a little foam to tighten up

Yep. I'm running one that drops into the stock holder perfectly:

May try a CV kit someday but these are just so easy and take one minute to put in with no other changes.

Starts when it's cold too. Only times i've had issues are at -15F or colder, when they take a little bit to warm up.

Bought a NOCO NLP 14 for wifes Polaris when Lead acids kept dying every 2 yrs. Same price as the OE battery and weighs 2.5 lbs. Fits in stock battery box using supplied spacers. Sometimes needs a pull start when cold on first start of day but works all day long after that. 5 yr warranty as well.

I have 2 riding friends who put Earth X on their e start sleds and no problems at all and they are very light but get the job done.

Do you have a link to the bracket. I just used the stocker and stuffed some good closed cell foam in for fitment.

Antigravity ATX-12 is a direct replacement, lots of cranking power and drops right into OEM battery box. Just have to shorten the rubber strap by putting a zip tie around it.

How can you go wrong with the Cv customs kit. His entire kit is lighter than the stock Polaris battery bracket. It also gives a person not only the ability to change a quick drive belt without removing any battery or brackets but also allows a person to make sure there’s nothing in or around your quick drive belt to get caught under the lower pulley. Cole hit a home run with this kit, just do it.
