LTS 07 Road

Road is still closed at Perazzo. I got word they were going to plow to Yuba this week but so far no. There's almost 1 mile of pavment on the road from Perazzo to get to the snow. If you dare to go by the sign there's still snow up top. I'd say go up Meadow Lake road is your best bet if you still want one or two more ride before is over. I'll let every one know when they plow the road.

Just wondering if anyone has been out riding LTS. With the road plowed up to Yuba, how much dirt/street riding is required to get up? Tempted to go one last time.

Sorry for not posting. I left on Saturday for sunny Arizona. My wife is still up there and she said we got 4 inches of new snow. The new trailhead is at Yuba Pass. From there you can hit Meadow Lake Road and I'm sure you can find some great snow. If anyone goes up let us know what its like. See you all next year. Track Man

Heading out around in about an hour... Last weekend there were just a few bare spots between Webber Lake and Lacy Canyon... less than 100' each... Hope it is still good! I did see that the rock crawlers made it up from 80 to Meadow lake last weekend... still a ton of snow up there! Don't know if they came back down to 89 or they went out the way they came... Keep ya posted

Went out today... snow line starts at Meadow Lake turn off... Rode about a 1/4th mile of dirt... still looks good... Meadow lake is just getting water on the outside edges. but plenty of snow! Next week should be about half a mile or more of dirt... My guess is that the sign for no wheeled vehicles will be gone by next week... plenty of rock crawlers have made it to meadow from 80 and it looks like they can make it in from 89 soon... Some had drove around and headed to Jackson already. I didn't go that way but there was a lot of snow still on the road.
